We meet for 60 minutes over Zoom.

Nothing formally! The most important “preparation” you can do is to come to the reading with an open heart and mind. You might also like to jot down a few questions you’d like some guidance about in case you forget.

I don’t make a practice of “researching” my clients. It’s important that I come to readings with a clean slate so that outside influences are not a factor in the guidance I provide. You can rest assured that short of anything you tell me, I have not sought out any information about you.

There is always guidance available for you. It’s part of the intuitive process that I trust I will get exactly what you need at that moment. Spirit always shows up to support us both to facilitate your healing.

It’s possible you might get what is affectionately called “sitter amnesia.” This means in that moment, you cannot connect the message with something or someone in your life. This is perfectly normal! It can take hours, days, even weeks before a message might connect for you. So don’t force-fit the guidance. Just receive it and wait to see how it comes to clarity for you.

It’s normal to be nervous, especially if you’ve never received intuitive guidance before. But know that all intuitive messages are for your highest and greatest good. There truly is never any “bad news.” Messages may be challenging to hear, but they are always given to promote your own healing and growth.

A large part of my work is to identify the “who” we are connecting with. I ask Spirit to bring forth evidence that only you might understand and recognize, which helps to confirm the who. However, sometimes ancestors come forth whom you’ve never met, so the recognition aspect isn’t as important as the message they want to share.

I may not always get one answer to the specific question, but I will always receive what you need to hear about that topic. Readings are often a balance between your heart-felt inquiries and the messages that are brought forth for your benefit.

Likely not as specific as you may hope for! As you grow and evolve, so do the possibilities for your future. So, there may not be a finite predictable outcome that Spirit can offer. Often futuristic questions are answered with encouragement and ways to widen your understanding for how things may take shape, knowing free will is always at play.
